Good morning to all,
Given the uncertainty about evolution of travel essentially between the UK and Europe in the coming months, and based on feedback received from a number of ACOC members who initially had enrolled into the International, we the organizers of the International 2020, have now decided to postpone the event to hopefully 2022.
Jűrgen and Ursula are working hard to reschedule the venues and hotels to the period 10 to 14 August 2022 (with additional evening on 9 August in Cologne).
Let's cross our fingers that by next year Covid-19 will be "cold coffee" and that we will be able to enjoy an International without restrictions.
Meanwile, enjoy the summer through more local rides in your ACs and keep safe and healthy.
Constant

Latest news

Today we have 21 cars and teams confirmed for the event in Bonn, of which 12 coming also to Cologne.

In order to enable the  final organization and particularly the confirmation of restaurant venues, we will need to close the enrolment process by 15 May 2022, advance funds paid.

As we are all aware, prices for food have suffered enormously from unfortunate events like Covid and more recently the war in Ukraine. So the longer it takes to finalize retaurant venues, the more expensive it will get.
It is likely that the total of costs additional to the hotel rooms in Bonn will be around 600 €/person (of which 400
advanced).

The parking at Nűrburgring's old paddock (as in 2015) is secured, with access to paddocks, drivers' tent for lunch, access to tribunes for watching training sessions for the Oldtimer Grand Prix. Today, there is not too much hope for getting the opportunity of laps on the circuit.

To those members intending to join the International, please ensure early booking.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. See details for communicating in the earlyer message above.

You organization team: Ursula, Jürgen & Constant

Hello,

Is there any "Umweltzone" anywhere near or around the hotel where our cars may not be allowed to drive in/through?
