In the process of repairing the lateral tube above the differential, another issue was encountered.
The rear lower control arm mounting points also have cracks. These are difficult to see as they are cracked at the top in a weld. Only the rear mounts have cracks and not the front ones.
I would like to insert a picture, but can't seem to get the "insert image button" to work.
I don't know if this is unique to my car but, a check of the rear suspension mounts couldn't hurt.
