A little background on this car:
   When I talked to the owner he wanted $420,000.00
   And then it showed up here:  http://www.classicnation.com/1959-ac-ace-bristol-nm-375000/ at $375,000.00
   And then it sold at auction for $450,000.00 - although it apparently stalled at $350,000.00 hammer was about to go down and then Viola!  It went to $450k.  The magic of auctions!
