Hi All,
   
   Does any one know the fate of this AC engine it was in my Aceca but I now have a Jag 3.8 engine in it
   
   Potentially Looking to convert back so also interested in finding a replacement with ancillaries on the basis the original is long gone

Nigel a laudable endeavour, I'm sure we all hope you succeed in getting the Aceca back to original. A quick skim through the Register shews CL2217-W in two cars: AE 509 and AE 537. So presumably one is yours, having lost her engine and the other was the recipient ? In any event the Registrar might have contact details. Good luck

Wow. I never thought to do that so thanks. Yes it looks like my cars original engine Ae537 ended up in the earlier car !
   
   At least I know it is still around even if it is not in my car.
   
   Will try and contact the owner or if someone can assist in making contact. Perhaps get some history.
