Fuel line connector to tank

Fuel is leaking from the connection to the tank in my Greyhound. The braided hose is old as well - is there a standard replacement connector that I could use?

Hi, when I added an adjustable fuel regulator and associated pipework to my Greyhound, I used Demon Tweeks, who were very helpful. Worth a try...
