   The Register has both of these Cobras as ex-works 27th of June 1966, but the black one is recorded as Silver!
   I`m assuming he needs 2 so he has one at home in Switzerland, and one in the U.S, with raging success comes convenience!

Just noticed the rear lights on this '66 are very much like the Mk IV set up. To achieve same retro look on a later car, you can replace the amber rear lens with a red Lucas 692 (as existing stop tail). If you spray the inside of the (red) lens with green glass dye, it will miraculously flash amber. It's a trick used on modern cars that don't display amber rear indicators lenses any more.
