I am contacting your club as I am currently in the process of organising a Car & Bike Show and Fun Day due to take place on Sunday 18th May 2014 at the Stanborough Park, Stanborough Road, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL8 6DQ. The show is being held in aid of the Make-A-Wish Foundation Charity
http://www.make-a-wish.org.uk/ and we are seeking participants to show their vehicles.
The show will be free entry to show vehicles and there passengers. The general public will have to pay an entry fee. It will be a fun and lively day for all the family as there will be live music, children's rides, catering facilities, local radio station broadcasts, stalls selling different products and an award ceremony for the Best in Show vehicle.
I would be extremely grateful if your club members would like to attend to email me at neil@hertsautoshow.co.uk with how many vehicles will be attending for what promises to be a fun and lively day out and help us make some more wishes come true.
