FYI -- Here's a quick recap of the hammer price on the original Cobras that crossed the block in Monterey last week.
   
   CSX2012 - $850,000 - Russo and Steele, Monterey 2013
   CSX2034 - $1,880,000 - Bonhams, Monterey 2013
   CSX2044 - $840,000 - RM Auctions, Monterey 2013
   CSX2393 - $745,000 - Gooding, Monterey 2013
   CSX2430 - $1,350,000 - Gooding, Monterey 2013
   CSX2487 - $925,000 - Mecum, Monterey 2013
   CSX3166 - $1,000,000 - Gooding, Monterey 2013
   CSX3264 - DNS ($700K) - Russo and Steele, Monterey 2013
   
   NOTE: Gooding just published a slightly different selling price for CSX2430 so I've edited the list accordingly.

Russo and Steele are now reporting that CSX2012 sold for $850,000 USD.
   
   I can't recall whether their published prices include or exclude the 10% buyer's premium.
