The Pathetic turnout and space allocated to the ACOC was compounded by the fACt that the 289 register with approx 60 Kirkhams/Hawks Ace and Cobra to one
side and The Cobra replica Club on the other side with twenty plus Fake Snakes.
Had a house full over the weekend, all attended Silverstone Classic in various classics including a CRS and 3000ME.
Met up with many Friends both Competing and Socialising, so made the most of the good weather, Managed to get back home Just before the heavens opened,
which was more than Paul and Jacqui Eaton who arrive at my house like drowned rats, Towels and change of clothes plus hot drinks before Dinner at our local village pub, where we were joined by Eric Gates and Nick Bagshaw, my Family and Friends up from North Devon.

The value of Genuine AC Aces and AC Cobras mean like AStons and Bentleys younger new blood coming into the ACOC are mainly those who have inherited, where as
you can build 5 or 6 Fakes for the price of a Ace Bristol and 10 ++++ if compared to a AC leaf spring 289 Cobra.
