BE 433

The Ace Bristol Register for BE 433 states “after accident Old chassis/body was acquired by AE 49.” And then “Old body/chassis acquired by BE 318”. There is no doubt a new chassis/body was provided to build the 2.6 in 1961 but does this means that a first new chassis had been provided before, following an earlier accident?  And when did that first accident occurred?  Thank you for any information.
