Hi people
   
   Im 17 form uckfield and own yes you heard right a rover 211.
   I have owned it for 7 months so far but my driving test is on may 22nd.
   
   I joined these forums as the AC along with a couple of other classic is one of my fave cars and wanted to join to learn a bit more about them and mingle with you all.
   
   Hopefully one day i will be able to afford a AC of my own

Start saving hard for the insurance! My sons (in their twenties) own a 944 and an MX5. To put it politely, insurance is a little expensive. If I was being uncharitable, I would suggest it's daylight legalised robbery (not that I'd ever post that on the intranet.)

Hi I had a austin A40 at 19 but did not lose site of my golal but it did take some time and hard work to get my car , so good luck neil

Iv`e still got my bicycle, have not ridden it for 20 odd years though .
