This car is listed in the Auction section of September's ACtion as a '1966 427'
   
   It is in fact a 2008 built Shelby product with a '66 427 engine:

Mark alot of these cars are marketed as 1960`s cars.

   Any idea who built the chassis?

A fibreglass Shelby 'continuation' - chassis probably built in Mexico or South Africa for Shelby American.
