since Saturday, it appears that my brake lights stay on... I assume that the brake light switch is the culprit, and that it stays on when failed ?
   
   if so, is the replacement the only option, and does anybody have the part number ?

I checked, and the setup is different from the picture above on my car... And it appears that it was only a loosen nut, the one that keeps the switch near the pedal ! So it is fixed .. Pic to come... When imageshack will works !
