Hi Rob, well, no so brilliant with the ordered MkVI, the situation worsened significantly.
I just want my car, homologated and delivered in Switzerland or my money back, quite simple and straightforward. I now mandated an attorney in law in Germany.

So essentially AC Automotive have neither the resources nor the expertise to homologate the car for the Swiss market. Has the car been built?

The car has been built and serves for homologation, but in 5 years, one is definitively able to be profitable and not still hunting for a COC.

Maybe time for swapping the last two letters of the project (VI -> IV)?

The 1995 Lightweight offered by Albion looks definitely like AKL 1422, presenting the combination of some very distinct features.

Should be 1993 rather than 1995 though.
