AC MkVI at the Geneva Motorshow, for some reason without AC badges. No UK price quoted.

This video of the Mk VI is on You Tube. Rather a lot of wind noise but the Corvette LS3 V8 sounds good and revs well:

I'm afraid it still looks like a very well trimmed Dax to me  -  though at least the exposed boot (trunk) hinges have now gone.  The droopy rear end, where the mould appears to have sagged looks, particularly odd.  An side effect of this is that the rear bumper looks far too low to the ground and I would be amazed if it meets EU bumper height regulations.

So we can safely assume you won't be swapping your Superblower for a Mk VI. [;)][;)]

You got it in one!   If it were ever "totalled" I might be tempted to put the insurance money into a Kirkham though?  Trouble is that if it were as the result of a crash I doubt if I would be alive to make such decisions[B)]

Could we all form an orderly queue on the left for those who would like to steal Mr P d R-H`s pride & joy, as we`d hate for him to have to hurt hisself!!! [;)]

That would be 'going over to the dark side' or should that be 'the polished side' [:)]

Nik.

Your concern for my wellbeing is touching!

   Mark.

It would have to have some paint on it as I couldn't face all that polishing.  The solution of having a satin aluminium body with polished stripes could be an alternative.  If you are going to the X12 there should be one with this finish on display there.

Peter

I'll look out for it. AC had a polished aluminium car at Geneva in March.

I'm not a fan of bare aluminium but this looks good:

Where did the last 20 seconds go?
The test car was still of the old design, with external boot hinges.
