Short film featuring an Aceca
« on: April 12, 2011, 22:22:06 »
I found this by accident on the web and thought I would share.  The name of this VERY short, nicely produced feature is Mugello Stradale 2010 AC ACECA.  Click the link below.  I don't think this has already been posted to the forum but if so it's worth another look![:)]

Greg, this video is new to me. Very nicely done!
The footage also shows the bias towards oversteer I have seen in other Acecas before. Never having driven one, how do owners experience this? Of course this also has to do with preferences. Not everyone likes a car with the same handling characteristics.
Has any owner made some changes to reduce this tendency and how did they do it?
I think it all has to do with the extra weight at the back of the Aceca compared to the Ace, including the rear screen even if it is perspex, not glass.

Greg,

Great Video! Thanks for sharing. It's nice to see an Aceca being put to the test at an event like this.

Maybe the rear weight bias in this case had more to do with the driver and navigator.... Not much that perspex can help there[;)]
