Unless I'm very much mistaken, it has carbs - not injection. How come on a 96 car with current emission requirements?

Hi guys,
   
   Particularities of this car are claimed to be:
   - LHD short nose LW body (1965 MkIII type)
   - 350 bhp stage 3 tuned SVO engine (5 liter) by Uniclip, handbuilt and blueprinted
   - 1960s type MkIII dash with chrome-rim instruments

   I saw the car offer yesterday in an actual mounthly magazine about classic cars and called them today. The car is sold already for something between 90€ and 100€.
