Covid-19
« on: October 13, 2021, 21:22:55 »
Hello Folks,
I currently have a list of jobs to do on the 16/66 but have been thwarted by the dreaded covid. I only have symptoms of a very mild cold but when an LFT was positive I decided to go for the PCR and it was also positive. The drive through test here in Leeds was excellent. Test at 4.00pm Saturday and results at 10.00am Sunday.
Its not the isolation that I dislike its the fact that while in the garage I don’t  have the bits to carry on doing something and I can’t go to get them. The only thing I can do is get it on the ramp ready and do some tinkering.
Stay safe everybody and look after yourselfs
I might be rough but I’m slow as well.

You have my full understanding,  I had lunch out with neighbours last Thursday,  the neighbour tested positive on the 12th, so I did a LF test which was instantly positive and had a PCR at our local testing station (most efficient) 10hrs later I got the positive result.  I now feel that I have a mild cold and a bit of a sore throat.
My horror was filling in the track and trace form!
