I have a beautiful white with blue stripes MKIV with 3750 original miles advertised on this forum. He may want to consider an aluminum body Cobra.

AC MKIV (AK1131). I am the second owner. The car has approximately 3840 original miles. Runs and drives like a new car. It is powered by a modified 302. Mods include 8 Stack Fuel Injection that looks like a set of Webers but with better performance, dependability and fuel economy, aluminum heads, performance cam, headers, updated ignition, billet pulley system. I have every piece of paper associated with the car including the original dealer window sticker, original Bill of Sale to the first owner that traded a Ferrari 246 Dino even for the Cobra, hand written dealer to manufacturer order sheet, MSO, manufacturer to dealer invoice, dealer odometer reading, owner's manual and more. Top, side curtains, tonneau & cover. Knock offs & hex nuts. Moto Lita steering wheel and original leather wheel. The Cobra is white with blue interior and blue stripes with black & red pinstripe which is a rare and desirable color combination. Additional photos available upon request I can assist with delivery.  $125,000, offers considered. You are welcome to have the car inspected.

I have a 1986. Makes me feel good.

Possibly the car driven by Macgyver or the one owned by Billy Joel my be more famous. The term "Original" is somewhat stretched. I do hope he gets all the money.

My left rear Spax shock is leaking fuild at a very low drip rate. What should I do? Have Spax rebuild all four shocks or buy new ones? Any manufacturers such as Koni or Bilstein I can fine in the USA?

I had an eightstack.com system installed. It is beautiful. No fuel rails. Looks like a set of Webers. I told the shop I wanted it to look old school so they hid all the components. I have photos and can offer assistance getting it right the first time. Send me you email address. I am at   fmyachtshhi@aol.com

I had a reply from the seller. Ebay does not offer AC or Autokraft as a manufacturer on the listing side but offers AC on the search side. He is trying to make the ad more presentable. Per the Shelby registry, the car was a rolling chassic sold to Roush Performance and has a wicked engine built by Roush. He ask me for information to support the car which I sent to him.[8)]

I sent an email asking them seller to plase not refer to the car as a kit or replica. It is an AC MKIV by Autokraft.[xx(]

I've always wanted a Ford 427 in anything. Maybe my garage.

OK, I am have a gentleman interested in a 1967 Shelby GT500 with a GT40 race prepared 427 built by Holman Moody. He wants the car less the engine so he car put the correct 428PI back in it. I have three questions.

Will a 427 fit in my MKIV?

I do not have a hood scoop. Will I need one for clearance?

Do you think installing this 427 into my MKIV would add or subtract from it's value.

   PS: the engine is 600HP!!!

How about Koni or Bilstein?

Thanks, Makes me feel I have done the right modification to my MKIV. When I received the car from the first owner in 2005, it had only 634 miles with the rubber bumperettes up front and the leather bonded steering wheel with the giant rubber center. I removed the bumperettes and added a Moto Lita wood wheel. The engine had been totally de-smogged with aluminum heads & manifold added along with a Holley, headers and performance cam. I recently converted over to fuel injection by eightstack.com which looks exactly like a set of Webers but much better. OH, my license plate reads PDQ [8D]

Mark IV, do you think modifications add or subtract from the value?

Paint it black to match the frame and mount it here.

I thought my engine bay was clean until I took this photo.

Please don't violate that beautiful firewall.
