ACOC News and Events / 2015 INTERNATIONAL - LUXEMBOURG

ACOC International 2015 – Luxembourg

   Save the dates!

Luxembourg being a tiny country with only limited hotel availabilities suiting the needs of an ACOC International in terms of quality and number of rooms as well as appropriate parking for our beloved mounts, the dates for this event have now been set at 5 to 9 August 2015.

The venue is Kikuoka Golf Country Club Hotel   in Scheierhaff  L-5412 Canach, situated in the country site some 20 kms south-east of Luxembourg-City. Besides traditional restaurant and bar, saunas, jacuzzis, indoor pool, fitness centre and solarium, it features an 18 holes golf course as well as secure parking.

We have been able to get a commitment on 40 double rooms held until mid-November 2014, so it is important to make quick decisions on joining this premium event in the 2015 ACOC calendar, as the number of rooms is limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

We are still busy organizing the programme around interesting options for visits both cultural and happy motoring related, and will provide you with the final program in due course. For your guidance, the cost of this International will remain within a total budget of around 1.400 € per couple/car in double room (breakfast, lunches & dinners with drinks, and events included).

What you are also offered on this International is the lowest petrol prices in the EU, so make sure you arrive with an almost empty tank. And the more you drive, the more you save [;)][;)].
However avoid the motor way filling stations: you will save time also.

More detail will come via this forum and via the usual ACOC member contact channels and through ACtion.

Of course you can already indicate your interest or get an answer to any question by calling me on +352 621500758 or emailing me at constant.wagner@pt.lu

We hope to see you in Luxembourg in 2015.

My Mk IV with 302 EFI engine and catalytic converters.

Car was at the MOT yesterday and was rejected because Lamda value was  too high. Measured at 1.2 - 1.25, should be around 1.
   CO2 values were alright though.

What adjustments need to be done do get Lamda value down?

   Who can help?

General Forum / ACOC International Dunkeld (Scotland)
« on: April 23, 2012, 23:12:51 »
On Saturday, 2 June I will be travelling from Folkestone to Northumberland or surroundings, and the next day, further on through the Scottish Borders to arrive at Dunkeld on Sunday, 3 June late afternoon. Hopefully, and weather permitting,  it will be a ride with the nose in the wind. My mount is a Cobra Mk IV.

Anybody interested to join in for a ride north to the International in small group of ACs, please get in touch through this post or by private message.

Hi folks,
Can anybody supply photos of the mounting of antisway bars:

   - as factory fitted on Mk IV Lightweights?
   and/or
   - as fitted on Redline's kit?

   Thanks in advance.
