I just found a radio delete plate in my trunk......does that mean someone installed the radio/cassette and speakers after they bought it?
   I also found a large wheel-nut wrench that will not work on my knock-offs ..

Aloha Alan....just mark the width and depth you want the slots to be with a marker pen, then use the grinder to cut down to the depth.....then take a cresent wrench and bend the piece back and forth and it will break at the depth you want..........you will maybe need a small socket extension to clear the wheel wells with your breaker bar.....I just use a long pipe on my socket handle and a 3/4 inch to 1/2 inch reducer if you don't have the 3/4" bar.....all spinners turn towards the front of the car to come off...good luck...Gregg

do you mean these tires could be 20 years old?  The car has 4200 miles.....I'll try and check the tire dates......

Don't worry...wouln't beat up a car of mine let alone anyone elses......the only time I'll put the pedal to the metal is in a straight line....I've got a 427 vette and this car must be like a go-kart compared.....SCCA is the place to get on the corners....
   I'm taking the $$ with me incase it's too much fun....formally owned by the Pres. of ESPN.....

Aloha...here's a 4 inch $35 socket I cut to remove my spinners and I use a reducer tool or a long pipe on my socket bar....works like a charm and doesn't abuse the ears.....just used a grinder to cut the slots out and caulked rubber hose to finish it off....3/4 inch drive socket and I reduced it to 1/2 inch.....Gregg Blue

Aloha..we have no emmissions controls here in Hawaii...what happens when I remove the catalytic converters...I see an 02 sensor...any issues with that? Do I have an onboard computer with check engine light??
