Wonderful photographs! It's nice to see pictures of the "Hon.Mrs." smiling! Having re-read of all her exploits, not just with the cars, boats and horses, but particularly in the air she was a totally incredible lady.

Vintage, PVT & 2 Litre Forum / Vintage Six for sale, at auction

Having thought I had nearly finished the renovation of my six on more than one occasion, I can testify that your financial estimate is certainly on the low side!

In fairness my pratical input has been virtually negligible upto date except for signing cheques of course! I have driven the car about 90 miles and it's performance impressed me no end before having to call in the RAC. Certainly a totally different experience to my Empire, with the promise of being a very able touring car.

I had not realised that there were quite so few still in existance. I have tried not to make a nuisance of myself on the forum but I would really appreciate an invitation for a ride in or to look at other six's. I live in Cornwall of course, but do go "upcountry! from time to time! Thanks!

I shall shortly be ordering new gears and bearings for my transmission. So far I have one other participant!
The engineering company has not been decided upon and the price is therefore, as yet, unknown. The more the machine set-up costs can be divided the cheaper they will be. I understand that the savings can be considerable.
Please feel free to telephone me to discuss this. It will not matter if you are interested in just one item or several since I am planning to replace more or less the whole lot. This is in the interests of reliability and a quieter ride!

I am getting nearer the light at the end of the tunnel regarding the restoration of my car!

Fortunately most of the problems so far have been overcome but I am now in need of some brushes for the dynamo. Unless I am totally missing something these seem to be really elusive. Can anyone help with some advice or obtaining some please?

I have a radiator from an Anzani engined Royal which needs attention. Can anyone recommend someone who might repair this please?
   Thanks.
