Mk IV, Superblower, CRS and other Continuation Cars Forum / Removal of nudge bars

I have a MkIV with nudge bars mounted on the energy absorbing mounts.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the nudge bars and the energy absorbing mounts.

I have undone the obvious bolts securing the energy absorbers, but nothing is moving.

Is this car currently advertised by Hexagon pitched at the right price?  At less than one of the 26 AKL's but more than a "standard" AK I can understand the asking price - but what does anyone else think ?
