Thanks John,
I'll have a look at that section. It's not the handle that I need a picture of its the catch that is in the body.
We have been in touch in 2015 about the car but I;ll email you again all the information.
Kind Regards
Trevor

Hello,
I have just replaced all of my front tubing as part of a complete rebuild and in my opinion nothing forward of the chassis rails or cross member is strong enough to attach to.
The chassis is the only option in my opinion. Maybe a clamp on tow point could be made up. Just my opinion but I'd weld a 5mm plate tow point to the front bottom face of each chassis rail and tow on both with a 'Y' connection that I also made up that the tow vehicle can connect to. But, thats just me.  :)
Also, I'd say the same for the rear end since I have just replaced all of that too....chassis mount only.
Kind Regards
Trevor

Ace, Aceca & Greyhound Forum / Greyhound boot catch
« on: May 27, 2020, 02:17:04 »
Hello all,
Please can someone send me a good picture of the Greyhound boot catch. :)
Even after carefully labeling and boxing all parts as part of a complete strip and rebuild I appear to have not labelled this part as well as I would now have liked to. :(
If it comes to it I can make one or if anyone has any ideas if its possible to buy one from somewhere I would be very grateful for the help. :)
Kind regards
Trevor

Wizard cooling did the Greyhound radiator for a recent Gassman Automotive Greyhound restoration. Maybe they can help you.

Thanks guys.

My Door ones have worn too thin to machine and the boot has one that has cracked and consequently worn excessively. I have to replace.

Have had no luck searching the internet for this size.

« on: August 06, 2015, 09:26:07 »
Does anyone know where I can get a new yoke and shaft end with the 3" splines on it to replace the 2" one fitted as a replacement? My rebuilder in WA is having trouble finding a 3" one.
   Thanks all

It's the interior passenger side door release handle I need.

Thanks Robin.
You wouldn't happen to know what other cars use the same one?
I have measured up all the dimensions for the car but have found that sellers don't show any dimensions for their antiroll bars.
