Title: Silverstone classic 2018
Post by: David S on October 16, 2017, 14:58:01: So the provisional dates for 2018 have been released.
   The dates are 20 - 22nd July.

   As the registration has only opened today I need register and will then be able to advise ticket pricing, etc.

   So update you diaries and look forward to seeing you at Silverstone

   As per last year, the tickets are discounted on a 2 for 1 basis and if booked before end of March the tickets are slightly cheaper. After end of March the ticket are more expensive but to get the 2 for 1 and park on the club stand these must be booked before 31st May 2018.

The first big music band for the festival has just been announced -UB40

This year it is 60 years of BTCC that it celebrated with a numbers of races covering cars from 60's and 70's including the US cars from the 60's

Post by: David S on March 25, 2018, 12:50:01: A quick reminder that the Early bird ticket offer ends 31st March. Tickets will still be available after 31st March but will be at the Standard Advance Ticket price - these are then available up to 31st May.

Some of the highlights for the 2018 event include an incredible array of early Grand Prix cars marking 70 years since Silverstone’s first British Grand Prix in 1948, a special spotlight on more than 60 years of epic endurance racing history with a spotlight on Daytona plus the debut of Masters Endurance Legends at the Silverstone Classic, and Tin Top Sunday celebrating the 60th anniversary of BTCC with no less than 4 touring car grids racing and a very special celebratory Parade.

Just bought tickets for Saturday & Sunday, BEX333 will be on club stand all going well, if not will be in 1956 F100... ;)

Provisional dates for next year have been released, 26-28th July 2019
