Title: AC at Le Mans 1963, CS2030 article

This looked like an ACtion article to me, but I`ve had checked the Jun 2013 and Aug 2001 articles which are the only ones that reference 1963 LeMans in the (Excellent) ACtion Archive(back to 2000, much earlier than that was b&w print)and it`s neither of them.... Any ideas where this photo & text where published please?

   AND what the hell was going on with those rear lights?! [:0]

Regret no clues as to the origin of the photo/article, or about the rear lights.
