This car, carrying the identity CSX 2301, is not recorded in the Club’s registers (see website) as an original AC. The register records that 2301 was destroyed following a 1965 Brands Hatch accident.

It also records that there a two replicas bearing the identity 2301, one in the United States and the other in Germany. This is the latter; for details of its origin, see the appendix.

According to my online translator the German for "caveat emptor" is "gewahrleistungsausschluss"

There is no mention of price - be interesting to know it's value versus a new Kirkham FIA?

On 3rd October 1977 Brian Angliss agreed with Radford Racing that ‘I will not offer or cause the same’ [unspecified residual bits of CSX 2301 that had not been scrapped or transferred to 2260, Radford’s other cobra] ‘to be offered for sale by any express or implied warranty that the said motor car is sold or offered for sale as an AC Cobra Motor Car manufactured by AC Cars Limited and that I will indemnify and keep indemnified the said Radford Racing and their estate and effects against all claims costs and proceedings arising from any breach of this undertaking.’

      Gewährleistungsausschluss!

This looks like the car that was raced at the Revival last year, minus the hardtop, I was told it was fresh out of the box, problably based on a Kirkham.
