Hi - my father used to own a 16/80 in the '50s, and used to rally around the South Downs - here's a photo with him and my mother in it.

He's 80 in July, and I would love to meet someone who owns something similar, ideally in the South, who might be able to meet him and show him their car, and possibly even take him for a spin down memory lane.
It would be good to hear from you.

Cliff If you know the registration number we might be able to trace the car & current owner which would possibly be a nice treat for your Dad

There is some information on the original owner & its activities in the book by Rinsey Mills 'AC Six Cylinder Cars in Detail' on pages 84 through 87 so you might like to buy the book for your Father!

John
The address is that in the 2013 members list but there is somebody of similar initials/name in the VSCC! but a different address! but is of a different address & is listed as having a 1923 Diatto 20 not an AC, the listing appears to be a company though
