What is the camshaft open and close in degrees for a postwar standard camshaft and how should it be set in relation to the crankshaft at TDC

You will find the setting procedure on page 13 of saloon handbook or page 11 of Ace handbook you could use the procedure on my web site but actual cam profiles might be different, but would get you near, unfortunately unless you have a vernier camshaft sprocket you can only get to within up to one tooth which is 2.9 degrees.
