Hood for an Ace
« on: October 28, 2010, 16:33:01 »
I have recently purchased an Ace but it is without a hood. Can anyone point me in the direction of a business that can either make a new one or supply a 2nd hand one?
Also, the seats have virtually collapsed through hard use. Does anyone know of a good upholsterer who can repair them?
I live in Essex and would prefer businesses in the South or East but I know this might be asking too much!
   Many thanks. Charles Bishop

Also recommended by forum member REV are SIMTRIM, who are in Lincolnshire, and quite expensive, BUT are very very good. That`s his former black MkIV Cobra in the portfolio, check out the stunning job around the rollhoop which was totally watertight, and also in there is 39PH, getting a tidy-up!

Try

You might find the quality identical to Hawk, but perhaps cheaper...
