Hi Fred,
   Did you chose the factory block? Or an extra strong aftermarket version with forged internals for your powerplay?

Horst,
   We used the stock block  with stud girdle, Probe superlight pistons scat forged rods and stock crank. Stock block is ok for 450 ish hp as long as you dont rev the motor too hard, in normal use i only use 6000 rpm. It was making more power at 6600 but was already  running lean as the injectors (42lb) were open  (maxed out). Heads are ported TFS twisted wedge with about 310 cfm on the intake and 210 cfm on exhaust, custom grind roller cam and holley systemax II intake. Vortech T Trim at 13 lbs. It will probably disintegrate soon!
