An interesting period photo has appeared on the web. Taken in Vancouver, Canada it shows a 1928/9 (pre-receivorship) AC 2-door saloon, likely with the 16/56 engine. Also, nice liner in the background.

What a great photo, the high res one blows up to show some interesting detail. I've not noticed a steering wheel arrangement like that before, is there a horn control ring? Also the tyres look substantial (could be a modern Blockley!), were overseas cars fitted with larger section tyres ?
