Title: Ace/aceca fuel sender info needed
Post by: ivs on February 14, 2018, 03:24:01
Hi,
Was the Smiths fuel sender used in other british cars of the same era? Does someone have a rebuildable one for sale?
Thanks

Hi not sure how old you car is, however if the sender is the type with the 6 holes and a cork gasket that fit to the tank then an early morris minor/mini/MGA are all similar you may have to bend the float wire a bit to suit the the tank depth. There is also the type that fit on a flange style this with a gasket and a clamp bit as per MGB and later minis minors etc.

Hope that helps, you can get them over here for approx. £25-30.
