The sales brochure for 1922 models show them with the encircled AC logo (but see below). The brochure issued in 1923 shows the cars, as photographs, with the encircled badge yet, interestingly, at the bottom of
every page there is a picture, solely of the radiator, with the 'new' later well-known AC badge (as in the top photo). The brochure issued in 1924 shows only that 'newer' badge. The change therefore was in 1923.
Some time back, in June 2012, there was a discussion in the General Forum of an interesting badge, heavier and more curved than that in the photo of the 1913 car and I suspect, though stand to be corrected, that this is the correct badge for either cars during the (late?) Edwardian period or the early 1920's. Here is is again, below. Hope this may help
