2 litre saloon engine UMB1346

10 years ago I removed a siezed Weller engine from my fathers (previously grandfathers) 2 litre saloon. I was planning on getting it rebuilt but I suspect the block is too corroded. 
 I would like it to be used by someone.
Please could someone advise on the best course of action.
