Suggestions on where to get these?

I am not complete sure, but on the rear same disc was used on Aston Martin car, maybe it was DB 4? At least on early cars this was the case.

are you sure? My rear calipers are from an Aston Martin DB5 but I guess that the rear rotors were made like the front rotors specially for the MK IV.

Hi Michael, if you're struggling to replace your discs, you could give Bg Developments a call, they are based in the Midlands and I'm sure they would make you replacement ones using your old ones as a template. They are very good!Very professional.
