Title: Silverstone Festival (formally Classic) 25*27th Aug

As you will from the titles the Silverstone Classic has been rebranded the Silverstone Festival  8)  and Just in time for Christmas - Yes it is already time to book the date and tickets.
   
   As per previous years, the tickets are discounted on a 2 for 1 basis and and park on the club stand these must be booked before 31st May 2023 (but note there is a limited number and may sell out before May in which Silverstone will close the offer early) . Unlike previous years there is no early booking discount, no booking/handling fee and 2 booking codes - 1 for vehicles registered Pre-1983 and 1 for those 1983+

   Saturday              £99             £109     
   Sunday                £89             £99   
   3-Day Weekend    £125           £135

Pricing (from 3rd Jan):
     
   Day                     Pre1983       1983*
   Friday                  £75             £80       
   Saturday              £104           £114     
   Sunday                £94             £105   
   3-Day Weekend    £130           £140

Please note that there will possibly be a further price change from 3rd April
   
   The code will be in next issue of ACtion or alternatively please contact me and I will supply the appropriate code.

I have been advised of a ticket price increase coming in affect from 3rd April, the revised prices are:
 Day                     Pre1983       1983*
   Friday                  £80             £86       
   Saturday              £109           £120     
   Sunday                £99             £110   
   3-Day Weekend    £135           £145

Just a reminder that at present tickets need to be booked by 31st May.

At present there is only 2 members attending (including myself)

The change of date has ruined the event for me, so I can’t attend that weekend! 🤬

Silverstone has extended the date for purchasing tickets from 31st May to 25 June

I've enjoyed the event in past years, but I'm afraid I make a point of keeping off the roads on bank holidays.

Please be aware that tickets to Silverstone Festival are still available until end of July. The reason provided is that Silverstone has extended the area within the circuit for club members cars.

So hope to see some of you at the festival
