Still has a current MOT and is SORN'd. Major gaps in its MOT history implying it has seen long periods in storage or possibly abroad. Seemingly very low mileage of 11,000, but don't depend upon this statement.

Looks like the final bid was £24550 plus auction fees, making a total of around £26.5k. 30 minutes before the deadline the highest bid was £3.5k. Be interesting to see where the car turns up once it has been fixed. It might make a good track car as the engine photos suggest that it was previously set set up for circuit use ( dry sump? Etc.)?

Reserve not met though, so will it be re-listed?

Car looks like its rolled, at least once. At least the roll bar seemingly did its job, as the screen frame is intact, so hopefully that was worthwhile. A pro repair for this level of damage will be from £75,000 and as the car is seemingly recorded as a write off, even the mentioned bid does not make for an economic sense, unless you can make panels. This is one Mk IV that may end up being broken for spares.
