   $265,000!!

Exactly the same amount they asked for BEX278 some time ago.
   Now we wait for the pictures. According to the register it was also for sale in 2006, before the restoration.

Thanks to Keith Lessiter, here's a few photos from January 2006 of BEX378 for comparison once Fantasy Junction loads their pictures.Looks like it was in quite a state back then.
