Post by: cmaddox3 on December 03, 2007, 13:57:25
Would the Administrator "Tweak" my settings so I can edit my own posts once again and then delete this thread?

Sorry to be such a bother, but I don't know why or how I lost this ability.

I have one other small article to upload, but I would rather wait until I can edit posts again.

Thank you in advance!  Again, sorry for the added work.

This is a test to see if I can edit posts and I can.

   Is anyone else having problems?

   Hello,

To answer the question to sent via eMail, it happened at or before the time I posted the last scanned article "from Autocarriers to ..."

And the icon for Editing [outlined in red above] was not being shown to me for my own posts, so I could not edit them...

Now, just as mysteriously as when it disappeared, the editing icon has returned and I was able to fix that post.  I don't know what's going on with that.

As I have another small scanned article to post, I'll edit my "complaint" post to instead show the remaining scanned article I have.  Eliminating any need for clean-up on that page/thread.

Sorry for any inconvenience on your part.  I was not working, now it is.

Oh, I'm not hanging my head about it, but I do wish it wasn't happening.

   Cheers!
