Hello,
I am completely new to this forum. Since July I am the owner of an Aceca Bristol 1958 (BEX 652) and now the dynamo has given up on me. It is appearantly completely broken and I am thinking of buying a replacement. Where can I get one? Thanks for helping.
Best

Hi
You could try the following two people who re-manufacture & probably can repair your existing unit both in UK
Classic & Vintage Dynamos Tel/Fax 44 1623 747666
or P&J Autos 44 1708 500010 or 44 1708 500011 fax 44 1708 500012
You might find you only need new brushes so you could simply replace them & give it a clean.

Thank You for the tip. I will contact Moss Europe. Do any C39 and C40 type dynamos fit?

The Lucas Spec sheet for the Aceca suggests the correct dynamo is the C39, i believe the C40 has slightly larger body but probably will fit!
Why not consider fitting An Alternator, more expensive but much more output for winter driving.
