   mine was well greased... and indeed, this grasing point is not very reachable (wheel has to be removed) and can be easily forgotten !

FF, don't need to remove wheel to grease upper on RW assbly. Merely jack up each corner separately and use a normal hand grease gum....that's what 113 was treated to about every 1000 miles. The real bitches are the ones on the prop shafts and half shafts that take so much fiddling. See grease diagram in owners manual. Jim
