   - Historic vehicle MOT exemption review
   - DVLA Review concerning the closure of local licensing offices - the FBHVC is requesting an urgent meeting with appropriate DVLA policy makers as objections raised during the consulation process appear to have had little effect
   - Taxi and Private Hire Services - the review of the minefield of legislation that covers this area should not affect the use of historic vehicles for weddings
   - Fuel: E10 petrol will be clearly labelled and UK sales could start in early 2013.  97 - 99 octane fuel will contain no more than 5% ethanol.
   - Continuation vehicles:  Nigel Harrison summarises the contents of DVLA booklet INF26
   - Trade and Skills - there is an online survey and members of affiliated clubs are encouraged to take part:

   - the EU "Roadworthiness Directive" proposals are covered as noted in the FBHVC's press release
   - some details of the pre-1960 MOT exemption remain in need of clarification
   - the Third Driving License Directive comes into force on 13 January 2013.  Existing Categories will not be affected
   - E10 petrol specifications are being drawn up.  It is unsuitable for historic vehicles although the FBHVC has tested mitigation additives
