Mk IV, Superblower, CRS and other Continuation Cars Forum / 15 in. wheels

I am looking for a spare set of 15 inch wheels for my MkIV.  I would prefer the FIA style as sold by Hawk, but they are currently out of production.  Any leads would be appreciated.

I read on some site about a Mk IV that had quick ration rack and pinion installed.  Does anyone have any more info along this line.  I would like a quicker ratio for use in autocross events.

Does anyone have information as to the steering ration of the stock steering rack?  Also, is there a quicker ratio replacement rack available?  I would prefer a quicker response for track use.

I am new to this forum and have just recently purchased an 85 Mark IV.  I hope that I do not offend the purists, but my plan is to vintage race this car. I will rmove most of the interrior trim and put it away for the time when it will be put back in street trim.  i would really like to hear from anyone else that races their car, either in Europe or here in the US.  What other modifications are typically helpful for handling purposes, etc.  Any hepl would be appreciated.
