Hello all,
TÜV approval is on hold because my lower bushings on the front Konis are gone. The rubber portion was comming out and the bushings need to be replaced.
Before i start casting my own bushings from PU I would like to know if there is some source for replacement parts.
Do yo know some source for the so called lower "shock eye bushings" for the original Koni Dampers?
They are the flexible ones on the front lower damper.
Thanks, Uwe

Have you talked to the UK importer of Koni dampers?

The one and only Koni service guy in Germany tried to find the parts with Koni directly but had no luck. According to Koni the last of those dampers was produced in the mid 90s.
So I'm going different routes in parallel:
-I will check with the UK importer, thanks for the details
-Some universal PU t-bushings are on their way for a quick repair
-A cast PU rod material is ordered to produce parts with a lathe during the year
-The inner and outer bushing metal parts are saved, cleaned and I will try to cast spare parts by my own during the year

My Koni's were fully rebuilt in 2010 by Sportsline suspension who deal in Koni and may have original parts:
