Vintage AC in ‘House of Eliott’
« on: September 11, 2011, 22:20:29 »
‘The House of Eliott’ (first shown early 90’s) is being repeated on ITV3, each weekday. Set in the 1920’s, keep an eye out for the AC Six of Alec Jacobs, that appears in a number of episodes.

Alec still has the car; EX 1945, it’s green with black wings. It's on the following link, about halfway down, at the Brooklands National:

Great period racing in tonight’s episode of House of Eliott, with Brooklands circuit - the clubhouse and the banking - and Bugattis, Bentleys, chain-gang Nash and others vying against each other...plus the 1928 AC Montlhéry of David Hescroff in many shots. Even original 1920’s footage interspersed.

   Good stuff!
